Terms of Service

1) Agreement & acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “User”) and the Provider regarding your access to and use of TokenLight Alert and related services, including: (a) the web app and mobile app, (b) custodial wallet functionality, (c) price alerts and automated execution features (including “limit orders”), and (d) TokenLight Sentry (AI assistant). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you install the Chrome extension, it only launches the web app in a popup window and stores a local window ID in Chrome storage to reopen/focus the app. The extension does not change how the Service processes your data.

2) Definitions

• ✓ Custodial wallet: a wallet where the Provider stores encrypted key material on your behalf.
• ✓ Limit order: an instruction to attempt a swap automatically when a price condition is met.
• ✓ Base token: for supported pairs this is ETH/SOL/USDT (depending on chain and selected pair).
• ✓ Third‑party services: blockchain RPC providers, DEX routers/aggregators, and data providers used to power the Service.

3) Eligibility, prohibited use, and restricted jurisdictions

You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. You agree you will not use the Service:

• ✓ If you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are a sanctioned person (EU/UN/OFAC or similar).
• ✓ Where your use of the Service is prohibited by applicable law.
• ✓ For unlawful purposes (including fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, or sanctions evasion).

The Provider may suspend or block access where required by law or where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.

4) No financial advice; risk disclosures

The Service is a software tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 (or the age required in your jurisdiction).

• ✓ Crypto assets are volatile; you may lose all funds.
• ✓ Execution can be affected by slippage, MEV, frontrunning, chain congestion, RPC failures, and DEX routing.
• ✓ Some tokens implement buy/sell taxes or transfer‑fee mechanics. Estimates may be inaccurate and received amounts may be lower.
• ✓ Smart contract vulnerabilities, token honeypots, and malicious contracts exist. The Provider does not audit tokens.

5) Custodial wallet; keys; security

If you create a wallet in the Service, it is custodial: the Provider stores encrypted key material to enable swaps, limit orders, and withdrawals. You are responsible for keeping your device secure, protecting any passwords you set, and safeguarding any seed phrases shown to you. If you lose access to your device and recovery methods, you may lose access to your funds.

6) Alerts and limit orders

Alerts notify you when price conditions are met. Limit orders attempt to automatically execute a swap when conditions are met.

• ✓ Limit orders are best‑effort and may fail or execute at an unexpected price due to market movement or network conditions.
• ✓ Reactivating a paused limit order may result in immediate execution if conditions are met at that time.
• ✓ The Service may pause limit orders after failures to reduce repeated attempts.

7) Supported swaps and pairs

The Service supports a limited set of swap pairs and routing strategies. Availability may change. You acknowledge that the Service may restrict supported base tokens, routes, or chains.

8) Fees

The Service may charge a platform fee on swaps and may also be subject to DEX fees and network fees (gas). Token‑level taxes/fees (transfer fees, buy/sell taxes) are imposed by token contracts and are not controlled by the Provider.

9) Third‑party services

The Service depends on third parties (e.g., RPC providers, DEX routers/aggregators, and price APIs). The Provider does not control these third parties and is not responsible for outages, delays, or inaccurate data originating from them.

• ✓ Ethereum swaps may route via Uniswap.
• ✓ Solana swaps may route via Jupiter.
• ✓ Cloudflare provides edge delivery and security for the Service.
• ✓ Token/price data may be sourced from multiple providers and may be delayed or inaccurate.
• ✓ If you enable TokenLight Sentry, your prompts are sent to Gemini using your API key (see Privacy Policy).

10) User responsibilities

• ✓ Verify token addresses and recipients before sending or swapping.
• ✓ Maintain adequate balances for gas/network fees.
• ✓ Understand slippage and execution risk.
• ✓ Do not attempt to bypass restrictions or abuse the Service.

11) Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time if required by law, for security reasons, or if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

12) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR THAT EXECUTION WILL OCCUR AT ANY PARTICULAR PRICE.

13) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF FUNDS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

14) Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
